Alpha Omega, LLC was started in the 1980’s as a meat wholesaler, delivering an assortment of meat products to our retail customers. Over time, we discovered our retail customers required additional help, thus we created our case-ready beef and pork process.

For over 30 years we have been perfecting our USDA inspected case-ready beef and pork program to deliver product that appears to be cut, wrapped, weighed and labeled right in your own meat department.

In addition to our case-ready program, we package a variety of our products in Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) to extend shelf life, allowing you more time to sell the product to your customers.

From pork chops to New York strip, and even Italian pizza sausage, we can do it all! We are here to meet your specific needs and make your job easier. Plus, we can ship directly to you using our own trucking fleet.
